Timasitheus Wine is the red of excellence of Only Good Italy. The grapes, harvested exclusively by hand, during the optimal ripening period to guarantee the maximum intensity of the aromas, were de-stemmed and then pressed. The product obtained, added with selected yeasts, was placed in tanks suitable for maceration at 22-25 ° C for 12 days; in the meantime two pumping over operations have been carried out per day. Once the desired color was reached, everything was started with a soft pressing. After fermentation, the wine was racked several times and left to mature for at least 6 months.

Tasting Notes: It has a beautiful bright and bright ruby, on average full of color.
