Obtained from sheep’s milk from farms located in the DOP production area, whose basic feeding consists of green fodder, coming from a maximum of 4 milkings. It is produced from the first weeks of October to the first weeks of June. Available for shipping throughout Europe.

The Pecorino Crotonese DOP seasoned is a handmade product with Cosenza figs, Dottato DOP variety, first choice figs with a rich pulp and with fine seeds, cut into pieces and mixed with almonds. Pasteurized product. The raw materials come from the short chain. The fig and almond cake is 100% produced in Calabria, gluten-free, without vegetables, without GMOs, without eggs.
