All sales are definite without exception. We do not accept except as expressly stated in the “right of withdrawal” section.
Object of the contract
For “on-line” sales contract means a distance contract, namely a legal deal for mobile goods and / or services between a supplier and a consumer and / or customer within an organized distance selling system from the supplier who, for that contract, only uses the remote communication technology called “internet”. All contracts will therefore be concluded directly through the access of the consumer and / or customer to the website that corresponds to the onlygooditaly.com address where, following the above procedures, will come to conclude the contract for the purchase of the good.
Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
The contract between OnlyGoodItaly and the Customer must be concluded with the acceptance, even partial, of the order by onlygooditaly.com. Such acceptance is deemed silent, unless otherwise communicated by the Client to any modalities. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares that he has read all the instructions given to him during the purchase procedure and accepts the full terms and conditions of payment. Any Customer’s right to damages or compensation, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or things caused by the failure to accept, even partial, of an order, is excluded.
How to buy
The customer can purchase the products on the site onlygooditaly.com. The image of a product’s descriptive card may not be perfectly representative of its features, but it may differ by color, size, and accessories in the picture. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by OnlyGoodItaly by means of an e-mail response sent to the customer’s e-mail address. This confirmation message will show the Order Date and Time of execution of the order and an Order Number to be used in any further communication with OnlyGoodItaly. The message replicates all the data entered by the Customer that undertakes to verify its accuracy and promptly notifies any corrections, using customer service. In case you need an invoice, the customer must ask for it before placing the order and must enter the invoice request in the order notes, for accounting and tax purposes no invoices may be issued after the order date. Once the invoice is issued, it will no longer be possible to modify it. Recall that online sales can be attributed to mail sales and therefore without obligation to invoice and without obligation to issue a tax receipt. In case of non-acceptance of the order, OnlyGoodItaly guarantees timely communication to the Customer. We do not sell to people under 18 years of age. We reserve the right to cancel any order whose credentials may make us doubt about their truthfulness.
Obligations of the buyer

Accepted Payment Modes
onlygooditaly.com accepts PayPal and Credit Card PayPal and / or Stripe payments. Payment via Paypal and / or Stripe will allow you to make transactions in total security. Your credit card details will not be sent to onlygooditaly.com but directly to PayPal and / or Stripe. In order to use the Paypal service, you just have to hold any credit card or even a normal prepaid card (eg Postepay or PayPal card); I’m going for the Stripe gateway.
onlygooditaly.com also allows you to pay by bank transfer in advance. The items are shipped after payment is received. It is possible to pay the ordered goods, to the delivery on mark; in this case there is an extra charge that will be shown in the cart.
Delivery Methods and Shipping Costs
Delivery costs, if any, are borne by the Customer and are clearly stated when ordering. Nothing is due more to the customer than the total order. In case the shipment ends up in stock for any reason, the customer will have to repay the shipment directly to the courier at the time of delivery or alternatively he may withdraw the parcel free of charge at the courier stores specified at the time of order. The order evasion time is considered indicative. No liability can be charged to OnlyGoodItaly in the event of a delay in ordering or delivering what is ordered. The delivery of what is ordered is the road plan. At the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, neither wet nor otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape or strapping). If you accept a tampered pack, there is no way to make a complaint. The goods travel at the risk of the recipient, so OnlyGoodItaly does not respond to any theft or damage. OnlyGoodItaly carries out shipments to the Customer with selected express couriers and the goods travel freely at the expense and risk of the Customer’s full load transport. These expenses and other charges possibly related to the transport and / or shipment of the products are counted and detailed in the order confirmation and purchase invoice or counted as the final amount in the tax receipt. Upon receipt of the goods at their place of domicile, the Customer shall check the integrity of the packages. In the event of discrepancies and / or discrepancies, Customer will be obliged to refuse the penalty pack to enforce its rights in this regard. In the event of non-withdrawal within 5 working days of the material in stock at the courier’s warehouses due to repeated non-delivery to the delivery indicated by the customer at the order, the order will be returned to OnlyGoodItaly and the customer will be refunded as well as the cost of shipping and other ancillary expenses incurred. In no case can you refuse the ordered goods at the time of delivery, this circumstance will not be considered to be the application of the right of rendering but contractual non-compliance.
Right of withdrawal
If the customer is a consumer (ie a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his / her professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form an VAT code reference), he has the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalties. The goods must be returned intact, complete with all parts and original packaging (envelopes and packages), stored and, if necessary, used in accordance with normal care, without any signs of wear or dirt.
